Section 4: Sample Requirements

IMPORTANT

Shipments are NOT authorized for shipping to our freight forwarder until ALL REQUIRED Confirmation and TOP (Top of Production) samples are received and approved by the BILLY Footwear team. Factory and its representative shall be responsible for all related expenses to recall and 100% inspection that are related to shipments sent without our approval for the required Confirmation and TOP samples.

SAMPLE TAG REQUIREMENTS

Appropriate sample tags must be secured to the outsole of each shoe (each half pair) sent to our offices. Labels should be secured using staples. Please begin using these tags as soon as possible.

*Any style/color with multiple XF dates, but a SINGLE production run, only requires 1 round of TOP sample. If multiple production run with different batch of materials and/or testing, we require multiple TOP sample.
*TOP samples to be sent in full production packaging: stuffing, hangtags, shoebox, UPC label, etc. Do not include any outsole labels on the shoes.
